Summary: The district and contractor desire to amend the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein to reflect the parties agreement to provide for hiring bonuses for 24 employees in the amount of $12,000. This would bring the total compensation to $3,598,000. The purpose of the bonus was to attract and retain the previous CARES employees.
