FCMAT Report - Maintenance, Operations & Facility Review

Summary:
|
MDUSD engaged FCMAT in April 2021 to review the staffing and overall operations of the Maintenance, Operations & Facility Departments. This review was conducted after on site visits, campus walks, department provided data and reports, and extensive interviews with MDUSD staff.
At the January 19, 2022 Governing Board meeting, an action plan to address the recommendations will be presented. Subsequent board meetings will include additional actions and plans in response to the recommendations, including a deferred maintenance and prevention plan. In the early stages, the board will receive monthly updates at board meetings, and then will move to quarterly updates in an effort to increase accountability and transparency.
