Changes to education code further define and clarify the rights and responsibilities of foster youth and staff, as reflected in the proposed updates to board policy and administrative regulations.
This was brought to the board for review on June 14, 2023 and is now being brought back for approval.
Staff recommend updating the board policy and administrative regulation to reflect the changes in education code.
