Summary:
|
Therapy Staff a non-public agency (NPA) that provides paraeducators and behavior therapists for school-based services that are identified on Individual Education Plans (IEP's). When Mt. Diablo Unified School District is not able to fill all open positions with district employees, the use of contract agencies is necessary to ensure that we are in compliance with state and federal law that governs special education and provides the necessary classroom support to our special execution classrooms. Therapy Staff is a company that is utilized to provide these services for the 2022-2023 school year. Mt. Diablo Unified School District Human Resources and Special Education continues to recruit and hire district employees.
