Summary: On May 26, 2021, the Board awarded Bid 1889 to Athens Painting & Commercial Coatings, Inc., for Painting Summer 2021 Package 2 Project for Valhalla Elementary School, Strandwood Elementary School, and Pleasant Hill Elementary School. The contractor has complete all work under Bid 1889/C1889 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.

Final Contract Value: $227,400
