Summary
:
Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 6163.2, Animals in School was adopted on November 4, 2004. It is being revised and updated to reflect changes in the law regarding service animals and emotional support animals in regards to people with disabilities.
Administrative Regulation 6163.2 was presented to the board for information on August 11, 2021. It is being presented again for reference as you review and potentially approve BP 6163.2.
