Summary: We are requesting an Amendment to Special Ed's Maxim Healthcare Master Contract that was approved by the Board on June 16, 2023 and is attached for review. The amendment would include services to general education students that need a high quality and consistent Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that understands how to provide Applies Behavior Analysis service in the general education school setting. This program helps students from K-6th grade by providing a completely individualized learning experience that is tailored to help each child succeed academically, socially and emotionally. This amendment replaces the Summa Contract.
