Summary:
|
School Facility Consultants (SFC) assists clients with state facility funding and planning while maximizing State School Facility Funding eligibility. The initial contract approved by the Board on December 14, 2020 was for two components of a work plan: modernization eligibility and new construction eligibility. SFC has completed the districts modernization eligibility. However, the new construction eligibility has not been completed and that part of the contract is still in effect. The contract with SFC will be increased to include all necessary support services for CDE approval and ongoing monitoring of our modernization projects. The initial agreement was $58,500 and this increase of $48,000 will bring the not-to-exceed contract amount to $106,500.
