Summary: Fusion Academy provides an educational program for students in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District that have been placed through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process. The program is highly structured with intensive 1:1 instruction for students that have been unsuccessful in traditional school settings, including non-public schools. Requested funds are to cover one additional student placement for the 2021-2022 school year.

Fiscal Impact The requested increase of $17,715.00 would bring the contract total to $467,715.00. This is a budgeted expense in the 2021/22 budget and no additional funds are requested.
