Summary
:
The District and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein to reflect three additional days in July (July 1st - 3rd 2025) to be in alignment with the Summer School / Extended School Year (ESY) calendar so that students have access to the Expanded Learning Summer Program from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. everyday that summer school and ESY are in session. There is no fiscal impact to the original Agreement at this time.
