Summary:
|
The job description for the Integrated Systems Project Manager was last updated in 2010. It is not current with the description of the work and the salary range is not commensurate with the responsibilities as compared to other management roles in the Business Services Department. The range has been downgraded from 36 to 25 for a savings of approximately $20K per year at Step 1, and it will now report to the Director of Technology & Innovation so as to strengthen communication and technology services across multiple branches. Finally, the job title will change from Integrated Systems Project Manager to Data & Information Systems Manager to more accurately describe the position and ensure those seeking positions on Indeed and EdJoin are able to search for job titles that match their expected work and skill set. This will continue to be a DMA position.
