Staff is recommending revisions to Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 6174 to reflect changes in state and federal law addressing the needs of emerging bilingual students. The revisions reflect those recommended by the California School Board Association (CSBA). The documents were presented for information at the September 8, 2021 Board Meeting.
