Summary:

On March 11, 2019, Item #16.4, the Board awarded RFP 1822 and E-Rate Form 470 #190017529 for Wide Area Network (WAN) Services E-Rate Contract to AT&T for 60 months. To support 21st Century Learning, we are upgrading the WAN service between the sites and the district to the following 32 sites: Ayers, Bancroft, Bel Air, Cambridge, Delta View, El Monte, Fair Oaks, Gregory Gardens, Hidden Valley, Highlands, Holbrook Language Academy, Meadow Homes, Monte Gardens, Mountain View, Mt. Diablo Elementary, Pleasant Hill Elementary, Rio Vista, Sequoia Elementary, Shore Acres, Silverwood, Strandwood, Sunrise, Sun Terrace, Valhalla, Valle Verde, Walnut Acres, Westwood, Woodside, Wren Avenue, and Ygnacio Valley Elementary Schools; Diablo Day/Willow Creek Center; and Olympic High School. This Amendment to AT&T's Contract #SDNA1S0Y0T will start July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, remaining 3 years of the 2019 Agreement.

Increase of $2,517.98 per month.
For a new monthly total of $5,281.73, which may include E-Rate and State discounts, up to sixty percent or $3,529.04 per month. For an E-Rate savings up to $127,045.44 over the next three (3) years.
