College Park High School is requesting permission for fifty (50) Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Band students and seven (7) chaperones to travel to Aptos, California to participate in the annual Santa Cruz Jazz Festival at Cabrillo College. The group will be traveling by charter bus and staying in a local hotel.

Fundraising and donations. All expenses will be paid through College Park High School's Instrumental Music Boosters.
