Summary: California State University, San Jose, offers a program for social work graduate students who wish to pursue a career in social work, working with children and adolescents in K-12 public schools. California State University, San Jose, interns will be eligible to participate in field experience at designated District schools. Field experience provides the opportunity for social work interns to learn and practice the functions of school social workers. Social Work interns will function under the supervision of a District Administrator or District Social Work Specialist.
