Summary: Gregory Gardens Elementary School is requesting approval of an overnight camp out on their campus for their 5th graders on May 12, 2023. Approximately 55 students, 10-15 chaperones along with the Principal and teachers will be present for the grand send off that will include dinner/movie/games during the overnight event.
Funding: Funding through parent donations. All expenses will be paid directly by Gregory Gardens' PTA.
Fiscal Impact No impact to the District's budget
Recommendation: Move to approve Gregory Gardens 5th Grade overnight Camp Out on their campus on May 12, 2023.
