Summary: On March 9, 2020, the Board awarded Bid 1854 to Best Contracting Services, Inc., in the amount of $2,354,893 to replace and repair roofs at Mountain View Elementary, Silverwood Elementary, and Foothill Middle Schools. The contractor has completed all work under Bid 1854/C1854 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.

Change Order Additive: $57,660.81
Final Contract Value: $2,412,553.81
Funding: Certification of Participation (COP) 18 Operating Fund
Fiscal Impact No additional funds requested – the project total is within adjusted limits.
