Summary:
|
Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1882 2021 Summer Roofing Package #2 requested for roof renovations at Hidden Valley Elementary School, and Loma Vista Adult Education Campus pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope included the replacement and refurbishment of school roofs. The project requested both hot application and cold application pricing. The District resolved to use the hot applied based bid, as well as a Potential Allowance of $160,000 to be combined with the presented award. Seven (7) bid packages were received on February 12, 2021 and two (2) of the packages were incomplete and deemed non-responsive. The lowest bidder had to withdrawal their bid due to a significant clerical error in their pricing. Waterproofing Associates, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
