Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Project Inspector are required to oversee, inspect and to verify construction of the Elementary Modernization Phase I Projects at Meadow Homes, Mt. Diablo and Rio Vista Elementary Schools in order to be in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
This is a Not to Exceed contract, with an hourly billing rate of $130 per hour. |
