Summary:
On May 26, 2021, the Board awarded Bid 1888 to C & J Painting, Inc., for Painting Summer 2021 Package 3 Project for Wren Avenue Elementary School, Mountain View Elementary School, and Highlands Elementary School. The contractor has complete all work under Bid 1890/C1890 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.

Original Contract Value: $213,600
Change Order Additive: $7,500
Final Contract Value: $221,100
