Summary:
The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide planning, design, engineering, and installation of a modular restroom building to support program needs at the Glenbrook Middle School campus.

Staff negotiated a proposal in the amount of $28,000.00 to be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
