Summary:
On May 22, 2017 the Board of Education awarded contract C958 Project #1782 to Goodland Landscape, Inc. for $5,150,000.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete Concord High School Athletic Fields Improvements according to the plans and specifications.

This Intermediate Change Order for unforeseen conditions, electrical work, fencing and concrete changes will result in the addition of $253,931.44 to the original contract. This intermediate change order will result in a revised contract value of $5,403,931.44 and represents an increase of 4.93% to the original contract value.
