The Board approved the creation of a Maintenance Manager position at the Oct. 26, 2020 meeting. Having eliminated two DMA Senior Trades Supervisor roles, a cost savings of $106,000. Paul Lundholm has been serving in one of the Senior Trades Supervisor positions. There are no other eligible staff who have the experience or meet the qualifications for this position. The leadership in Diablo Management Association (DMA) approved this appointment in lieu of a posting and interview process. |
