By law, school districts are required to "sunshine" collective bargaining proposals in an open session of the Board. The attached proposals from Mt. Diablo Education Association (MDEA) and Mt. Diablo Unified School District (MDUSD) must first be submitted as an information item and then returned at a later meeting for action. This agreement was brought forth for information on March 10, 2021 and is now being presented for action. |
