Summary:
In the 2019-2020 school year, a Fresh Artisan Bread program was piloted to deliver Fresh Artisan Bread to School Sites. An increase to the Purchase Order #201656 for Le Boulanger Bakery was approved on January 13, 2020 for $32,000.The program is a continued success and requires an additional increase to Purchase Order #201656 by $42,000 for Le Boulanger Bakery for the 2019-2020 school year. The total amount for Purchase Order #201656 is $124,000 for the 2019-2020 school year. The Fresh Artisan Bread has become a student favorite and increased student meal participation.
