:
The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide planning, design, engineering, and installation of the district owned Relocatable Building to support education at Bancroft Elementary School.
Staff negotiated a proposal in the amount of $25,000.00 to be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
