The proposed Multi-Year Facility Use Agreement would begin with a five-year term, starting July 1, 2021-June 30-2026, with two potential successor five-year terms. The second five year term may be renewed at the election of the Charter School; the third may be renewed with mutual consent of the parties. The Charter School would occupy the site under the Multi-Year Facility Use Agreement in lieu of Education Code section 47614 (Proposition 39). |
