Summary:

On April 10, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1823 to Brazos Urethane, Inc., in the amount of $110,041.40 to facilitate the Bus Garage Roof Coating Project.
During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required.
1. Additional Coating on Equipment Shed Roof.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $120,640.81, an increase of $10,599.41 which is an increase of 9.63% of the original contract. |
