Summary:
|
On August 10, 2020, the Board awarded Bid 1869 to McGuire and Hester, in the amount of $141,200.00 to facilitate the parking lot expansion at Glenbrook Middle School. During construction, District Staff added square footage to the original project area which required additional demolition and increased the new asphalt area to allow the grade to match and provide better flow where the existing parking lot and the new extension meet. The final charge order will result in a contract value of $154,445.90, an increase of $13,245.90 which is an increase of 9.38% of the original contract. |
