Summary:
|
|
FCMAT will provide MDUSD with a comprehensive audit of the Maintenance, Operations and Facilities departmental operations. The scope of their work will include staffing reviews, workflow, distribution of functions, operational procedures, use of bond funds for staffing, review of bond-funded projects, and analyze routine restricted maintenance projects. Their work will take approximately three months and the Board and community will be provided a full report, including findings and recommendations to address any shortcomings. |
