Summary:

|
The Board approved a 45-day revised budget on August 10, 2020, at which time the budget was sent for review to the Contra Costa County Office of Education. The County Superintendent reviewed the budget to determine if it complied with all requirements, will allow us to meet financial obligations during the current fiscal year, and the budget meets/exceeds required minimum reserves for economic uncertainty. While the budget was approved, caution was advised in regards to state cash deferrals. Recommendations include short and long term budget reduction plans and careful monitoring of any and all spending that might threaten district solvency. |
