Summary:
|
The AP US History Textbook Adoption Committee reviewed 4 different books and are recommending Give Me Liberty by Publisher Norton, 2014 edition. Norton is NIMAS/NIMAC compliant in that they provide PDF's of books as needed (rather than XML files) for the production of books for students with print disabilities. Should a situation arise where a PDF is not adequate, the Department of Special Education would seek written approval to take these PDFs and convert them to accessible files. The textbook and comment cards were available for public review at Willow Creek and at the Dent Center. |
