Due to the upcoming Federal Program Monitoring audit and to recent changes in Ed Code, Board Policy BP/AR/E 1312.3 must be revised to provide language regarding the Local Control Accountability Plan and to provide clarity surrounding the Uniform Complaint Process. A sample from the California School Board Association was used to make revisions. These policies will be brought back on September 12, 2015 for approval. |
