On 11-8-2023, the Board of Education approved CALNET State Contracts to access reduced pricing for telecommunications services through AT&T. Staff is requesting a purchase order increase to cover recent price increases. Staff is also requesting approval to continue these services through the 2026/27 school year. The 2024-25 increase also addresses additional unanticipated charges caused by a misconfiguration of MDUSD's equipment that has been discovered and rectified. It is anticipated that as MDUSD continues to expand Internet phone services, the cost for AT&T Calnet services will decrease. |
