Summary:
On October 29, 2014, the Board of Education awarded Lease/Leaseback Agreement #1631 to Meehleis Modular Buildings, Inc. for construction of the Modular Gymnasium Building Project at Concord High School for a guaranteed maximum cost of $3,698,805.00 for provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete construction of a Modular Gymnasium Building at Concord High School

As a result of unused contract contingency, a single, final deductive change order in the amount of <$30,627.05> is necessary. This single, final change order will result in a final revised contract value of $3,668,177.95 and represents a decrease of 0.83% to original contract value.
