Bid #1764 was called to provide comprehensive installation of District provided equipment, as well as any miscellaneous equipment required to complete HVAC improvements at Holbrook Elementary School.
District solicitation resulted in the receipt of five bids with GECO, Inc., submitting the apparent low, responsible and responsive bid.
The total contract recommendation is $1,093,000.00 and scope of work includes selective demolition, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system and all finishes necessary per plans and specifications at the above site. |
