Summary:
|
On August 13, 2018, Item #17.20, the Mt. Diablo Unified School District School Board Awarded Bid 1809, Technology Materials and Services, to the following low bidders: Arey Jones, Decotech Systems, Inc., R-Computer, and Emergent for the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year. Per the terms of Bid 1809, the contract pricing was extended for the following years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022. The District also purchases Apple products; Apple is a sole source provider.
The District is presenting the purchases requested for the 2020-2021 fiscal year from October 6, 2020 through October 19, 2020, with the totals to the following vendors:
Apple - $5,430.18
Arey Jones - $65,471.55
Decotech - $55,048.08
Newegg - $652.86
Office Depot - $242,999.64
Purchase Orders and Pending Purchase Requisitions for the 2020-2021 fiscal year total, as of October 19, 2020, is $3,037,669.60. New purchase requests since October 6, 2020, in need of Board Approval total $369,602.31. Which is included in the 2020-2021 total of $3,037,669.60. |
