Mt. Diablo Unified School District's Request for Proposal (RFP) #1943 2024 Passenger Vehicle Special Education Pupil Transportation Services for Mt. Diablo Unified School District was Noticed on September 5, 2024. The RFP scope is to provide transportation services for some of our special needs and McKinney Vento (homeless) students for the 2024/2025 school year starting October 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025), with possible 2 one-year options to extend through June 30, 2027.
District staff received five responses to RFP #1943 on September 18, 2024. The all of the Proposals were reviewed by staff and four were found to be responsive. The team looked at cost, reliability, quality of the service. To maximize the District’s ability to support all students in need of this specialized service, staff is recommending a pool of the three most responsive vendors; ADROIT Advanced Technologies, Inc., First Student, Inc., and HopSkipDrive, Inc.; be considered for this RFP award. |
