Summary:

On September 23, 2019, the purchase of Modular Building to support the Cambridge Family Literacy and Adult Education Center using “Piggyback” contract with Willows Unified School District Legal No. 0006075006 Public Contract Code PCC20118, in the amount of $537,225.83.
During fabrication of the modular building, staff requested some additional upgrades to include cabinetry, security lights, as well as upgrades fixtures to match District Standard.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $550,463.83, an increase of $$13,238.00 which is an increase of 2.46% of the original contract. |
