Summary:
|
The Contra Costa Water District is requesting a grant of easement at Strandwood Elementary School. The easement is required to complete water and fire protection lines.
Pursuant to the process specified under Section 15556 of the Education Code regarding dedication of easements to a public entity, the Board of Education reviewed information and adopted the Notice of Intent to Dedicate Easement on October 27, 2021. A public hearing and Board adoption of Resolution 21/22-37 are now required to authorize execution of the grant of easement. |
