Summary:
This agreement between the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park and Mt. Diablo Unified School District is for the use of the Tennis Court facilities at Pleasant Hill Middle school.
This agreement allows the Recreation and Park District exclusive use of the courts, after school and on weekends. In addition, Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park will be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the courts.
No use permit fee will be charged by Mt. Diablo Unified School District.
