Bid #1718 was called to provide concrete repair at Hidden Valley Elementary School. The lowest responsible, responsive bid was R & S Construction Management, Inc. for the total amount of $93,422.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to remove and replace damaged concrete at Hidden Valley Elementary. There was an additive change order on this project in the amount of $15,000.00. Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $108,422.00. |
