On June 14, 2023, staff brought forward an Independent Service Contract for Ronald W. Hanson Inspection Services.
The enclosure attached to that board docket was inadvertently uploaded incorrectly with the term date of June 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023. Staff is now bringing forward for review and approval the correct copy of the contract with a term from June 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024.
The services of a State Certified Project Inspector are required to oversee, inspect and to verify construction of Valley View Middle School Kitchen Modernization and MU Refresh Project are conducted in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations. |
